By Amma's Grace, my wife and I were able to attend Amma's programs in Michigan.

We drove from NJ and weather was perfect.

We stopped in Boardman, OH where there is an excellent Vegan Restaurant

it's just a few miles off route 80; Boardman Inn was $50 for the night.

Driving back, again weather was perfect and we stopped at the vegan restaurant

again; to see their menu ; drove home without stopping for the

night.

Also, right next door to the restaurant is a Living Naturally Health Foods

store; they have a nice 32 page newsletter " Remedies for Life " and the December

2009 issue has an excellent summary of natural remedies for thyroid problems. It

just so happens that Samarpana has been researching this on the web for the last

four months. What a pleasant surprise to have a confirmation of her findings

from a mess of information as well as misinformation. The store has two
