Freedom Took Wings

I dreamt happiness

Wasn’t an illusion.......

 

Freedom took wings

And soared into the blue

Circling the heavens – carefree.

The world saw true stars,

They fell like rain drops -

Planted themselves,

And grew into silence.

The moon and sun

Were madly embracing

In warmth and comfort.

Love and devotion

Wandered down

Together - in wisdom.

Words were carried away

By doves of beauty,

The ocean danced

Around the Earth,

And time smiled

Into deep blue eternity.

I fell like a feather

Into the gentle sea

A wet kiss planted

There upon my cheek –

Waking

I grin in silence. - robin
