Guest guest
Dear Amarnath ~ thank you again for sharing these. My favorite, of course, was the YouTube video of the conversation with Dr. Dwaba...incredible. I saved the friend ramanas garden and the other websites in my favorites so that when I get my next SSDI check I can make a donation. It is so wonderful. It was disturbing, though, hearing about the untouchables ... it breaks my heart. I know that Ghandi, Amma, many great souls have spoken to break through this cast system, yet it is built into the very spirituality. It is like the United States before the Civil Rights movement. What will change it in India? Perhaps as Dr. Dwaba says that by giving these children food, by giving them knowledge, by opening up possibilities to them, not only to receive but to give in selfless service, the change will begin. I loved hearing the children speak about their dreams and also the success stories of the boys that went on to have a better way to earn a living. I also loved hearing Dr. Dwaba's story of her own journey. Mother Ganga Herself rose up to " speak " to her, to keep her from leaving India, while yet filling up her cave home and leaving her with nothing...amazing.
