Guest guest Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 Throughout the day, whatever you are doing, when convenient, STOP! for a moment ... then ask, " what am I doing? ... am I breathing? " ... take three( or even one) gentle slow deep breaths ... gently, go back to whatever you are doing, perhaps with more awareness of breathing ~ inhalation( Amma), exhalation( Amma)… Note: attention on breath takes one out of head into heart somewhat.
