Dear Amarnath ~ these were great! And, actually, two evenings ago, I had

just seen the Bill Moyer's special

" Dance for Peace " during which they showed video of the song being performed

all over the world. It was incredible, because the way they did it was to

have one person or group sing or play an instrument, and the next person/group

would pick up the thread, same key, exact next words, etc. It made my heart

leap

And then, the next day, I went to their website to buy a copy and they

didn't have anything but t-

shirts or caps with their ,ogo. But if someone posted it, it has to be

available somewhere. Do you have any idea where?

 

Also, when I was listening to the, I think maybe, George Harrison version of

" Stand By Me, " I noticed " Tears from Heaven, with Eric Clapton, so I listened

to that one too. These songs also feel very spiritual to me. So now I have

all these great new songs from YouTube collected in my favorites. Yea! Thank

you so much, Amarnath, from the bottom of my heart.

dear Amarnath these videos are great. . .really enjoyed the first one with

Bill Moyer's special and with the link was able to find several more of the

artist. . .thanks for sharing this one. . .

 

dear Linda. . .we have been sharing some links on Snataum Kaur and some of

the other Sikhs musicians. . .and wanted to mention this to you or anyone

else that might be interested. . .since i am new to high speed everyone else

may already know about this link. . .but will share it just in case. . .Last

week chanced across LAST.FM. . .it is a free online radio i found on the

google " add on " page and thought i would try it out. . .very easy download.

.. . am amazed at the number of Eastern style devotional singers from all

around the world and India. . . They are available for free listening. .

For example one can listen to Snataum Kaur or Deva Premal or devotional

music from India channels. . . Even found a couple of Amma and the Sante Fe

Satsang. . . i have found most every devotional musician that i know about

and so many more i did not know about. . .one can create their own channel

for free and listen to ones own favorites (or complile ones own playlists

for three dollars a month). . .really neat add on. . .thought i would share

a link. . They also have videos but have not explored that part yet. . .
