Pray to Amma for Healing

for those of us with health challenges,

no matter what else we do or don't do,

medical, alternative, nutritional, etc,

it's wise to pray to Amma

as much as possible and to have faith

 

one such story from 2008 Summer Tour Program Guide :

He once was skeptical, he was not a believer

That She possessed powers, and was a natural healer. He listened to

the bhajans, supported Her charities,

But questioned, how Her hugs could cure Her devotees.

He did not believe the stories, and thought they were not real Until a

near tragedy hit the family, and changed the way they all now feel.

His mother had a stroke, which paralyzed her left side

Its severity had doctors left wondering, how his mother had survived

He broke down mentally, it was too much for him to cope

His mother stayed strong, however, and did not lose hope.

She prayed all day, she prayed all night,

To her beloved Amma, so she could have the strength to fight. Her

prayers were heard, and this she could prove,

Because her once paralyzed left hand, miraculously one day started to

move. His mother kept praying, and the better she became,

While his disbeliefs and skepticism, turned in to shame.

Amma, he thanks You every day for saving his mother, and refusing to

leave her. He is sorry he was skeptical, but now he is truly a believer.

dear beloved child of AMMA ,please allow this heart to also compliment what

you have suggested.this heart would suggest that you not only pray to AMMA for

yourself,but that you pray and cry for all those that are suffering as you

are.my heart offers this to yours because it has brought the expereince of HER

BLISS into his life even while he suffered.this heart(AMMA) wants this

experience for all.........i know i fall short a lot,but i am not afraid to say

that with the best that i have in my limitations.i love you all so much and pray

that all of you experience HER intimate bliss in its fullness..
