Receive Healing at Home for Free via Amma's Aniruddhan during the time

Some of you may remember, may have participated in, the Distant

Healings sent from Amma's Ashram via Devananda. Devananda had closed

up his popular healing practice in Japan and went to live at Amma's

Aniruddhan, who is a strong devotee of Amma for 20 years, lives in

Brazil with his wife and 3 year old daughter. The Divine Diamond

Energy that he works with currently he feels was a gift from Amma

because it came during Amma's Birthday. He does not charge for the

Group Healing Sessions, but does support himself and family via

private sessions with fees. He has practiced many healing approaches

over the last 25 years including working with John of God of Brazil.

But, if he doesn't, you can do the following:

Simply, sit or lay down in a comfortable position,

relax and remain receptive to the healing energy

which Aniruddhan calls “Divine Diamondâ€

and which he feels came from Amma.

 

At beginning, you may want to pray to Amma,

Either in your own words or perhaps the Dhyayamo prayer to Amma,

Which you can find @ http://lasatsang.amma.org/prayers/prayers.htm

 

In addition, Aniruddhan recommended this for childlike openness:

“Twinkle, twinkle, little star, How I wonder where you are!

Up above the world so high, Like a diamond in the sky!â€

Say it once at beginning and repeat occasionally

to bring yourself back from wondering.

 

Optionally, you may want to watch your breath;

Perhaps with “Ma†on the inhale and “Om†on the exhale;

Or similarly with “I†on the inhale and “Am†on the exhale;

making sure you relax and let go more on the exhale.

 

Pray to Amma to relax every cell in your body and fill it with LOVE

and LIGHT.

Hi Amarnath,

 

I'm confused by your email about the healing work that Annirudhan is

doing. You refer to Devananda and imply that this work is similar. It

sounds, however, like Annirudhan is doing his own thing whereas

Devananda was authorized by Amma and connected to her tours. All of

the money he raised went to Amma's charities whereas A is doing this

to earn his living which makes it a private venture.

 

Please clarify. Has Amma approved this work?
