Dear pranada ~ thank you for this information. I seem to recall, though it

was long ago, that we had originally set Saturday or Sunday, I can't recall

which, as the day. But I think opening it up to whenever is right for the

individual makes a lot of sense. I'll send you the names I'd like to have on the

Usually I'll leave names on for a full quarter unless they tell me

otherwise. Then I restart the list every three months (most recently,

for Amma's birthday).

To my knowledge, there is currently no set time for people to pray for

the list. It is whenever works. I do know that in the past, a request

has gone out to spend time saying lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu

every evening at 7pm Pacific time.
