Guest guest
To this wonderful group ~ remember anyone could re-show up under a different name, or someone new might come and attack the group. Regardless the name, I think we should stick to the group's wonderful new focus and discourse and simply not respond to statements that are clearly meant to disturb our peace of mind. Once, when I had the good fortune to see another holy person from India, a man, after doing bhajans and worship, there was some " teaching " discourse from him and then some Q & A. Since he had talked about developing peace of mind, regardless of the circumstances, and I get so easily knocked off mine, I asked him, " well what if something gets in under the gap before I can catch myself and upsets me. What do I do at that point? " His answer was, " Why would you ever let anything affect your peace of mind. " Additionally, last night I was feeling distressed by some thoughts that were getting to me. I " heard " myself doing that negative talking in my head and immediately sit by repeating my Amma mantra, which I still remember after all these years, silently, letting it fill thoughts, emotions, physicality. Her Loving Presence knocked the Asuras* out of my head and became the Place where I rested. someone wrote: I know now finally that I am not the body at all and that all of this creation is nothing more than a mere appearance and quite frankly a big fucking joke on us! Here's to Her! **************New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Dining, Movies, Events, News & more.
