Guest guest
Dear Amarnath ~ Yes! Big lessons to me about not being the body, as my body has taken so many hits, and now has been in chronic pain for 20 years. Even as I sit with my shoulders, legs, even sometimes fingers, hurting so much, I can find that space, if I so choose, where I realize I am not this painful body. And even when I am painfully aware (pun intended) of this body, I can still choose among several or all options: hug this body and let her know I care for her and that Mother cares for her; challenge this body by taking it on a ride or for a walk; or simply sit with it and " let it be, " while at the same time quieting the monkey mind that wants to jump all around, screeching. You have been part of this healing journey that I have been on my entire life, and for that, many many thanks. Jai Jai Ma ~ Linda P.S. I really liked watching and listening to Mooji on YouTube. The same teachings, the essence of spirituality, is also expressed by other teachers in slightly different words, expressions, language. Here is one such example : " Is it really possible to realise the Self? " ~ Mooji **************New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Dining, Movies, Events, News & more.
