Guest guest
Namah Shivaya, Linda, I ask people to send their prayer requests to me at daughterpranada, and then I post the new list every Sunday. Usually I'll leave names on for a full quarter unless they tell me otherwise. Then I restart the list every three months (most recently, for Amma's birthday). To my knowledge, there is currently no set time for people to pray for the list. It is whenever works. I do know that in the past, a request has gone out to spend time saying lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu every evening at 7pm Pacific time. (For those on the East Coast and/or who go to bed early, be aware that spending long periods chanting Lokah Samastah before bedtime has been experienced by some to make it difficult to go to sleep - those of you who've spent some time with this prayer probably recognize that its energy is something of a wake-up call! If anyone needs to do the prayer earlier in the evening to allow for this, I think that is just fine.)
