I am an oldie that left the group and have been peeking back to reconnect, which is what I guess I've done by offering several posts. Most of the people you mention I remember with tremendous fondness from when I was previously active in the digest. And you are absolutely right ~ if we shine even one candle in the midst of darkness, it will light our way, and the light will push the darkness away.
