Dear Amma's 2008 North America Dept Coordinators,

 

Please note that

Unfortunately the permit process for this year's San

Ramon Summer program has been delayed.

 

Therefore the 1st day of the San Ramon program (June

4th) has been cancelled.

 

We are confident that the permit will be in place for

the second day (June 5) program.

 

We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

 

Please pass the word to all the tour staff and make

any scheduling changes for any volunteer staffing and

in any literature that you have for your dept for the

San Ramon programs that day.
