The Toronto retreat registration offers the option of

paying in CAD or USD, though with the CAD virtually at

par, there's not much difference. With ramped-up

border security, the bang for the U.S. buck all but

wiped out, and gas prices way higher than in the U.S.,

about the only thing Canada can still offer Americans

is a lower drinking age (19, even 18 in some

provinces).
