Some of my relatives are working in AIMS and yet a few others are students of the past and present. I have a complaint to lodge, but where and to whom I do not know. I hope that this reaches to the right person conderned. Attached to the AIMS at edappally, there are other shops and establishments within the four walls of the complex. They, especially the pharmacy, bookstall, and canteen are giving exemplary service. The staff in these units are really polite and go out of the way to help. But there are yet others, a few in nubmer though, out to ruin the good name you have earned. The persons concerned are these two elederly persons in white uniforms sitting in your store next to the bank. Age should have made them more mature and polite, but unfortunately, they are arrogant and rude in their behaviour. If they are the owners please ignore this complaint. But if they are serving you, I asm sorry to say that their case is pathetic. They need some counselling in customer service. They should be ready to get up from that seat and work if need be. Smile if they remember to smile how. The place is visited by people of all nationalities and from other states as well.
