Earth, My Mother

 

Hinduism is possibly the only religion in the world

that has a special hell for people who chop down

trees. It's one small indication of the deep

ecological sensibility which runs through the Hindu

traditions, and which sanctfies rivers, mountains and

forests.

 

I know I've been posting a lot of these links, but

what can i say.. Radio Australia rocks!!
