Back from Michigan

Namah Shivaya, all,

 

I took the prayer list to Michigan and had it blessed by Amma on

Wednesday night.

 

Amma was warmly and tenderly beautiful in an orange sari on Devi Bhava

night.

 

 

If anyone leaving the Hyatt after Devi Bhava has discovered a purple

suitcase and black keyboard bag in their trunk... they'd be mine.

Somehow, the bellhops seem to have put them in the wrong vehicle and

we've had no luck tracking them down (wouldn't you know, their

security camera was down at the time)! Hopefully, I can get them back

eventually, as they contained items I had had Amma bless for others.

Amma's sari almost matched the colour of the

wristbands for the retreat! IMHO it was a burnt

orange, like the University of Texas (HOOK 'EM

HORNS!!!).

I was thinking that the orange color was exactly like the ocre robes

of the swami's. I took it to mean that we must embrace renunciation

and try to renounce our desires if we are to be happy and peacful

during these troubling times,
