Guest guest
http://www.johnofgodhealing.com/casa_prayers.htm a large collection of prayers from all over the world; most are universal; some are from a particular POV (catholic, etc); here is a random sample: Prayers for Peace and Silence Adorable Presence! Thou who art within and without, above and below and all around; Thou who art interpenetrating the very cells of our being - Thou who art the Eye of our eyes, the Ear of our ears, the Heart of our hearts, the Mind of our minds, the Breath of our breaths, the Life of our lives, and the Soul of our souls. Bless us Dear God, to be aware of Thy Presence Now and Here. This is all that we ask of Thee; May all be aware of Thy Presence in the East and the West, and the North and the South, May Peace and Goodwill abide among individuals as well as among communities and nations. This is our Earnest Prayer: May Peace be unto All Om Shanti! Peace! Shalom! Swami Omkar, peace prayer offered by the Mission of Peace Shanti Ashram, India, for the 1993 Parliament of the World's Religions (India) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This large collection of prayers were gathered at the Healing Center in Abadiania Brazil, where people from all over the world come to see John of God hoping for " miracle cures " and/or spiritual strength. John of God of Brazil is an amazing healer saint( I would say ) whose compassion for helping the sick and the poor seems to be second only to Amma. He has been God's Instrument for thousands of amazing healings for fifty years( since he was 16 ). Many who come to him from around the world seeking Alternatives are those who have been told my Orthodox Medicine that there is nothing more to be done. John of God is a successful business man and supports himself, his healing mission, several soup kitchens and helps many poor people. Of course, many who have been healed of " incurable " diseases do donate and or volunteer with much gratitude and generosity if they are able to. If interested, simply do a www.goodsearch.com on " John of God " Brazil and you will find at least two dozen websites created by people who have been helped and are trying to help others; some offer guided tours with a fee for accommodations, food, translation, etc. If you arrive there and take care of your needs on your own, there are no fees for the healing program and you even get a free bowl of soup. John of God has opened several soup kitchens and remarked( on one of the videos with tears streaming down his eyes) that FREE soup kitchens like that should be opened everywhere. In Abadiania, the soup is free not only for the poor but for everyone in the community who wants to share. Amma Bless, amarnath
