" React sensibly to the situations in life. Learn from them. Impatience makes us react thoughtlessly. We do not react sensibly but sentimentally, " she said. The Mata gave darshan to thousands of devotees who thronged the venue. She distributed monthly pension to widows under the Amrita Nidhi pension scheme. Sewing machines were distributed to the needy as part of the self-help employment scheme launched by the Mata Amritanandamayi Mutt.
