Namah Shivaya,

I've been called " Didi " by a guru-brother. What is the male equivalent

of this term? Also, are there Hindi or Sanskrit terms for

" guru-brother " and " guru-sister " ?

Thank you,

Gabriela

Didi is Hindi for older sister. Not usually used for younger sister.

The Hindi word for brother is Bhaiya, and I believe only used for

someone older. Usually they call younger people by their names. Not

sure about guru-brother and guru-sister.
