I am from Connecticut and I am new to the teachings of Ammachi. I read a book about her some years ago which inspired me to learn more about her. Since then I have meet a couple of people over the past three years who have met Amma and received darshan. They all insisted that their experiences of Amma where amazing and recommended that I attend one of her gatherings when she comes to the States and every year I find an excuse and a reason not to go. This year however I know that I must go and I am planning on attending. However, because I've never been before I'm not sure what to expect. I was wondering if anyone could guide me in preparation for this event. Is there anything that I may need to know or do when attending? Thank you for any guidance you can give and I look forward to hearing more about Ammachi and any experiences that you all have had with her.
