You can mix and match your fruits....and liquids, adding fruit juice instead. 1 orange 1 banana 1 cup frozen berry (any kind) 1-2 cups of torn kale leaves (I use Dino kale usually) 1 table spoon ground flax seed about one cup of liquid (usually a mixture of spring water and soy milk) (.......and a healthy dose of thank you's to Amma for providing such a beautiful treat) This is called a blended salad as well because you are adding greens to it.
