Guest guest
" MOTHER said, " poor children. MOTHER is deeply wounded in HER mind, seeing these people's suffering.who will take care of them?people talk about helping the poor, but no one seems to be doing anything for them.children, compared to the suffering of these people, our suffering is nothing.GOD has provided us with food, clothing and shelter. but these children have nothing. let US use our GOD-given faculties with utmost discrimination.we must not cheat HIM by misusing them.these children may have misused such gifts in their previous births, and that is why they are suffering now.still it is our duty to have compassion for them.in fact GOD created the rich to help the poor, the healthy to assist the unhealthy, and the normal human beings to help serve the mentally retarted and physically deformed. " a devotee asked, " AMMA,why does GOD keep quiet when people are suffering like this?can't HE do something to remove it? " AMMAs answer is profound but oh so simple. " yes,HE did something son, " came the MOTHERS answer. " HE CREATED US,hoping that we would do something to help them.we should think of them.we should try to feel their suffering.in order to do this we should try to put ourselves in their place.we have never suffered in our lives so we don't know what suffering is.we consider our personal problems as big and important.but children, there are more important things in in this world.there are far bigger problems to solve. yet we think of our own problems only.we do not feel others' problems nor feel any compassion for them.that is our BIGGEST problem.only a person who has truly suffered can understand the suffering of others.we have never dived deep to the bottom of the sea to collect pearls.we do not know how difficult a task it is,for we are used to buying pearls from a shop.therefore,we do not know the immense task behind the matter. Guest guest
ONS, Maybe the internet is too difficult a filter to have hearts and minds meet? Each one will look at a piece of art and see something unique in it, something that mirrors their own experience and culture. It is OK to question, this is how some learn, as long as there is the proper balance with the heart it will take you to where you want to go. There are many ways to look at suffering...and it seems we have brought them to the surface in our dialog. S --- temba spirits <tembaspirits wrote: > " MOTHER said, " poor children. Guest guest
" Experiences indeed, are the guru for each person. Sorrow, my children is the guru that brings you closer to God. " AMMA from My First Darshan, p 68 When sorrow comes to our door, (hopefully) we turn to God and ask for understanding. Sometimes we become angry at God. Eventually we learn through whatever our sorrow may be, that all of life is transitory. That in all, everything is God's-even our own children. in Amma, Adriane Ammachi , Stacee Kramer <stacee.kramer wrote: > > ONS, > > Maybe the internet is too difficult a filter to have > hearts and minds meet? > > Each one will look at a piece of art and see something > unique in it, something that mirrors their own > experience and culture. > > It is OK to question, this is how some learn, as long > as there is the proper balance with the heart it will > take you to where you want to go. > > There are many ways to look at suffering...and it > seems we have brought them to the surface in our > dialog. > > > S > --- temba spirits <tembaspirits wrote: > > > " MOTHER said, " poor children. Guest guest
and dear sister this childs faith is that love can chanel its way through anything!it all depends on us ,but mainly HER GRACE.There are many homeless people that experience love through the form of a garbidge can.that is the vehicle that supplys their food everyday. their gratitude for it, is the difference.AMMA has said that some come to HER and their experience is shallow because of their closed hearts.once our hearts open up,it all becomes ambrosia.that happens even through the vehicle of the internet. and also dear sibling, this child believes that each persons experience is a sacred scripture.if its all HER PLAY, then each one of our lives, our cultures etc. are SACRED.we are all the same within.true culture is the culture of love, the culture of the heart.it is this very culture that keeps us all together. AMMAs sun only sees AMMA as Indian when he is reminded of that.AMMA is the embodiment of LOVE and THAT is TRUE CULTURE.that is everlasting culture.that is INFINITE culture.all others will come and go,but THAT one temba believes we will all be a part of forever. >Stacee Kramer <stacee.kramer >Ammachi >Ammachi >Re: more on suffering from AMMA. >Sat, 7 Apr 2007 23:22:24 -0700 (PDT) > >ONS, > >Maybe the internet is too difficult a filter to have >hearts and minds meet? > >Each one will look at a piece of art and see something >unique in it, something that mirrors their own >experience and culture. > >It is OK to question, this is how some learn, as long >as there is the proper balance with the heart it will >take you to where you want to go. > >There are many ways to look at suffering...and it >seems we have brought them to the surface in our >dialog. > > >S >--- temba spirits <tembaspirits wrote: > > > " MOTHER said, " poor children.
