Proof:Why Kandhamal Tribals are Angry

I do not know you personally but in order to be true follower of Christ it is important to promote truth. You obviously do not have access to the facts. So I will share some with you. I have attatched some documents regarding the primary cause of tension in Kandhamal. The real question is why are the media, Congress, the Indian Church, Minority leaders and Communists intentionally hiding these facts from the public. This alone proves they are complicit in the conspiracy and suffering of the people.

 

Talking of balatant lies, you just stated the biggest one ever when you said, Did Hindu activists kill Lakshmananda for using it as a pretext to kill and loot Christians?

According to you and likeminded felllows, the Hindus have been looting and killing minorities for quite some time. They do not need to create rationales for it, they just do it.

As for the postmortem, Gandhi nor any Saint has gone thru a post-mortem procedure for it is considered sacrilege.

 

The fact is when people encroach on tribal lands and refuse to obey court orders to return the land and when the police and admin refuses to enforce court orders, people get angry. I am sorry you are nto too familiar with the Kandhamal reality and only rely on agit-prop for your conclusions.

Here is some reality.

The attacthed document is a snapshot of the problem. Within the16 years from 1991 to 2007, 3042 cases of land alienation have been filed by the Khonds. Out of these 3042 cases only 1410 cases have been adjudicated upon. Yet, to this day, not even one square inch of land has been restored to the Khond people. When the law of the land is ignored and abused the law of the jungle becomes the only recourse towards justice. When there is no justice there can be no peace. This is not just a saying but a law of nature. These 3042 cases do not merely represent 3042 cases of land alienation. Nor do they represent the claims of only 3042 people. Each one of these cases represent much more. For behind every one of these is a person with a large social network of families, friends and communities. Thus each

case represents the frustrations of hundreds of people. A father¢s inability to regain his family land is a defeat, a humiliation and a loss to the entire family. The sense of powerlessness is overwhelming. In the tight knit Khond Tribal community is totally interdependent. Unlike the Western family, there are few opportunities to function independently of one¢s family. Thus 3042 cases of disempowerment spanning a generation has a debilitating effect upon an entire people. This translates into thousands of disgruntled, frustrated and violent prone citizens. The 2nd document is proof of the many illegal churches built on encroached tribal lands. So the facts are clear as to why the tribals are angry. It is a blatant lie that Christians plotted to kill Laksmiananda. Even a fool knows tha Christians do not have a political party and there is no Christian political leader in Orissa who wants to capture power. Even Muslims have a political party, and the Muslim League has a Minister in the Central government - Mr. Ahmed. Furthermore, Muslim League MLAs and MPs are active in many states. But Christians do only educational, health and charitable work. 90% of Christians are economically poor and backward. This can be seen from TV images coming from Orissa. They are coolies and day labourers. But violence against these poor villagers continued because there was widespread looting in the name of Hinduism backed by Bajrang Dal. Their small savings , hard -earned gold ornaments,cattle and poultry were looted by the hostile tribe with the armed protection given by Bajrang Dal.

Recently I wrote about the Christians ability to respond in an effective manner. It turns out that there is more to the picture.The media here in India is prob the worst in the world in terms of blatant bias. it maintains no public loyalty to the gov and acts as if it is Independent but its name alone. as an example, recent documents were discovered that show the minutes and signatures of Orissa's Christian leaders planning to assassinate Swami Lakshmanada, who was murdered Aug 23 2008. The Hindu Org, HJS released the docs to the media and handed them over to the Govt for forensic investigation. The next day the media ran a story stating that the church is now suing the Hindu group for defamation and other damages. However when I asked the President of HJS the Hindu Jagran Samukhya, A.C. Sahu as to the status of the case. He replied that no case had been

filed against him as claimed by the media. In other words the media is covering for the church. As soon as people hear the news about the church's vehement denials and announcement of a lawsuit they naturally develop doubts as to the authenticity of the documents. The denials were made but no lawsuit has been filed as of last week. Ashok Sahu as former the Director General of the Arunalachal Pradesh Police applied his Police experiance in initial authentication of the documents. The documents have passed initial tests and the signatures have been verified as authentic. They are now in the control of the orissa State Government. They are undergoing chemical analysis and other scientific investigative processes in order to verify their authenticity.
