The reference to the Sanskrit Devanagiri script is on the upper right hand page "avaha" the Mitra spelling, there are other examples; a "ma" or "me" and a "dhu" Medhu? on a copper plate with picture of a rhinoceros and ox, same date on one side with rhino and ox on the other, same "Ma" letter as with mitra than the heart shaped "dhu" and the last possibility is the unicorn the (last link below). The shoulder is "V" the ear is "I" the horn is "Sh" and the eye is "NU" Vishnu.

On the archaeoastronomy-TARAKA that I read the image of a seal above reminds me of the imagery of the seven stars of Ursa in the middle, the nine leafs representing Naksatra of a coordinate value , then the glyph of the naksatra AzleSa is found as part of the pictorial imagery and again in the written portion below. Than in the writing the fish glyph after two long dashes , with out the dashes "Graha' with "Gan" In this case I think "pra-gan" to calculate.
