Conferance Paper

This is just a note to anyone interested. I will be presenting a paper

at the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Central States Anthropological

Society at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio on 11 March from 11:00 am to

11:20 am March 10 to 12, 2005. The paper is entitled " The Durability

of Harappan Stamp Seals: Research into the Evidence of Purpose " It

concerns the reproduction and use of a steatite (soapstone) stamp seal

of the South Asian Harappan pattern.
