In his commentary to the sloka 2-20-25 ,  in harivaMsha , viShNuparva , chapter

20 ,

 

nIlakaNTha quotes the following sloka  

 

" yathoktam

 

 a~nganAma~NganAmantare mAdhavo

mAdhavaM mAdhavaM chAntare chA~NganAH

ithamAkalpite maNDale madhyagaH

saMjagau veNunA devakInandana                         iti  shrutishcha. "

 

Does anyone know from which text is nIlakaNTha quoting ?

 

After this nIlakaNTha continues quoting from veda

 

padmA vaste pururUpA vapUMShyUrdhvA tastau tryaviM rerihANAH  .
