Panini Sutra 6.4.143 - How to prevent the Repeated Application of the same Sutra

Is there any rule or परिभाषा to prevent the repeated application

of a सूतà¥à¤° for more than once at a stretch? How do you stop the

repeated application of the सूतà¥à¤° 6.4.143 टेः in the following

situation?

The suffix ‘सà¥â€™ is added in nominative singular.

The derivational history should have ended at the step No. 5. But it continues

to be processed again twice by the same सूतà¥à¤° 6.4.143 in step nos. 6

and 7. On what basis should I stop the repeated application of this

सूतà¥à¤°? Should I just presume that no सूतà¥à¤° is allowed to be

applied consecutively or is there any authority?
