I've seen a reference to a zivasUtravivaraNa of SukhAnanda ZAdU

edited by PaNDit DInAnAtha of the Jammu and Kashmir Research and

Publication Department in Srinagar (but never published).

 

Can anyone tell me if this is a medieval or if it is a fairly modern

commentary.
