This email is a bit late but let me glorify Pradosham fast anyway. With a pure

heart, whatever you offer to Lord Shiv on Pradosham day - whether it is fast, or

pooja or whatever, he will bless you in some way. You should have a subtle

intellect/mind to see his blessing. It could be as simple as a fast followed by

lighting a lamp in the evening. Shani Pradosham is considered even more special

and there are 2 shani pradoshams this month.
