But it is also a fact that out of all these creatures born in 84 lakhs yonis, human beings are more sacred souls than any other souls in the universe. If there are divine souls living elsewhere they are also more sacred. Even the epics also tell that the beings on earth are only menial when compared to other beings in universe.From this it infers that more sacred souls are being borne now in comparision to earlier days. In such a case it refutes the aspect that human beings are doing more sin in kaliyug than in other Yugs. Pls clarify my doubts basing on some references and facts. Guest guest Posted July 6, 2009 Report Share Posted July 6, 2009 Dear Sunita ji, As Narsimha ji said unfortunately there is no direct answer to this question, as far as I know a few spiritual teachers from west have answered these questions through their spiritual experiences and psychic channeling, I am looking for similar explanation in the east. souls progress through different planes connected to Earth (physical, Astral and Causal) has been clearly expained by both eastern and western masters. If the whole universe is made of Shiva and Shakti (consciousness and energy) then it is certainly possible for life similar to human to exist in some galaxy or planet. I came across some references to this kind of information (mentioned below), if any of the learned members have any knowledge or reference to this in eastern philosophy please let me know. I am sure there will be a higher explanation of this, but I have some clues or leads that could provide more answers. That is the reason why I was raising the questions on assumptions and limitations as someone who has done more research on this subject can provide answers. here is what I have known so far on this subject. My Mantra teacher Namadev Acharya (Thomas Ashley Ferrand) wrote in his book "Chakra Mantras: Liberate Your Spiritual Genius Through Chanting" has written that souls or different beings from different planes and planets in the universe want to take birth on earth so that they can spiritually progress quickly and attain higher level growth, according to him human life is highly valued in the universe and life on earth provides a lot of scope for souls to get close to god or even become god like.
