One more help needed to all Devoties ---- what is Main Mantra for Lord Vishnu

OM MAHAH SHIVAYA !Vinay Ji, Thanx for ur reply,One more help needed to all Devoties ----I've meet to the palmist and astrologist, they asked to me that , next 6 month ( June 09 to jan 10) is very dangerous. during this time period i need to take care otherwise i'vl be in problem Specially financally. astrologist suggest me that i need to chanting Shri Lord Vishu & Lord Shiv manta and i need to go to the temple. How's these manta vl solve my forthcoming problem or it vl reduce or detain. and which temple i need to go for the puja. if u've any suggestion so plz reply,. OR IF U'VE ANY OTHER OPOTION SO PLZ SUGGEST.Suresh Undley

Kanishk, You cannot really 'read' Rig Ved mantras. You would have to learn them from a shrotriya/guru. There are a limited set of Vedic mantras which many of us chant without training but chanting Rig Ved mantras would require a guru. Anyway, this is just my opinion and you are the best judge. Generally speaking, even listening to Vedic mantras has a positive impact on the person due to divine vibrations in them. For e.g. if you listen to Arunam with shraddha on a Sunday morning after taking bath and before consuming food, it will improve your health. Here is a link to Arunam (praise of the Sun God)

Dear Suresh,In the first place do not run after Astrologers. Most of them are half-baked and they play upon your gullibility, thereby fattening their purse and ridding you of your hard-earned money. Very few astrologers are honest and less greedy.Pl. understand that God is not in temples alone. God is everywhere and in every being including yourself. . God is not an entity but only a principle. We should fear God who is within us. We say,"My conscience is pricking me",when we do something wrong knowingly. That is the God to be feared.Also pl. understand that the nine planets are servants of God. If they make you suffer that is the reaction (punishment) for some acts done by you either in this

very birth or in previous births. One thing I would like to share with you. My experience with astrologers is that none of their predictions have come true. Most of them are hoax. Pl. relax. If you know Hanuman Chalisa or Sankata Mochan Stotras , you may recite them daily . Try to help the poor, needy and suffering people.
