Radhe Krishna, Thanks for your reading. This message is basically a common message for all irrespective of their status. Further the term 'God fearing' is for the people who just follow what all his mind dictates. If he does so, the result would be catastrophic! isn't . Today we see or hear violence's around the world which are so cruel that we cannot even dream. This is basically because of NO fear of God and these sorts of people continue to create havoc around. Hence we need to control these. How to control these sorts of people where they do not understand what they are doing?. The mind is enslaved to habits. So it will not obey us if we order it to stop doing something that it has been accustomed to. Initially it is only by

constant inculcating fear of God with the right attitude can get rid of habits. In due course time can catapult anybody and later with patience and perseverance the reformation sets in wherein strength arises in a mind which will then naturally be transformed as love towards God. Hope this should be the intent of swamiji to mention so.
