Guest guest
There is no yardstick to measure the farness or closeness. It is a state of feeling only. But from what u mentioned, what i feel is that if you are getting high pressure at AgnA chakra, it is not correct. You have to correct it. There is no 'pressure getting' at any level of meditation. This pressure is, I think, is the inner fighting of your likes and dislikes. Your one mind says that 'mr paresh, you have to do this' and the other mind says that 'mr paresh, these are worthless and don't do it' . There is a fight going on in you and it is that. Also, the timings for meditation what you chosen now, I think, you are starting it after doing some work. howver, some guidelines are below : I think the following must help u to get it awakened. inhale fully - fully means 'no space left' . feel yourself that your stomach, lungs and upper portion of stomach, all are filled with air. then lift your portion below nipple and then lift the mooladhAra. these three process distinctly to be done. First you are inhaling fully, then lift the below-stomach-portion, then lifting the moolaadhara. The fourth one - bring the head down and let it touch the place down/below your neck (where there is a small slope place). By doing this, the air inside you, will start rushing all directions because it gets compressed. In this process of air rushing all directions, it will also go and touch the Kundalini. While doing this, concentration to be directed to Kundalini and you should feel that the Kudalini is proceeding towards bhrukuti. Wish u all the best vijayanji --- On Mon, 20/4/09, Paresh Trivedi <pareshtri wrote: Paresh Trivedi <pareshtri How much far from Kundalini jagaran when? Guest guest
Dear Vijayanji, While I don't know much about yoga/kundalini and I respect what you have stated below, I know intuitively that kundalini sadhana is potentially very dangerous without a competent and genuine guru. Hence, folks should avoid giving directions about pranayama/kundalini in email messages. I tend to agree with Panditji that it may be very difficult to deal with kundalini if the prayer is granted. I know that there are 2 main nadis - ida and pingala and it should arise only from one of them. These are not casual matters to be followed based on internet advise. regards, Shailendra , VIJAYANJI <vijayankiliyil wrote: > > > > > There is no yardstick to measure the farness or closeness. Guest guest
Please read the book "Kundalini Tantra" by Swami Satyananda Saraswati who is a swami at a paramahamsa level and a desciple of Swami Sivananda, he has explained what kundalini shakti is and different approaches to raise it, though kundalini yoga is a supposed to be quick approach it is laced with a lot of dangers and risks unless you find a good and reliable guru trying it is not advisable, this book talks about a lot about these details. Mantra chanting is certainly a safer approach but it will be slow. But I believe kundalini will raise automatically when we follow the path of spirituality as per the grace of the lord and when he wills why force it?, what do you want to do after kundalini has risen? are you prepared for it? God Bless, Om Namah Shivaya, Divakar. --- On Mon, 4/20/09, Paresh Trivedi <pareshtri wrote: Paresh Trivedi <pareshtri How much far from Kundalini jagaran when? Guest guest
dear trivEdiji, Are you really following the instructions of your guru? You should ask him about this pressure, In fact you should not feel such pressures any where in your body. The japa should be performed in an absolutely relaxed mind and body. If ever you feel any thing, Please understand that what ever is seen, what ever is heard and what ever is felt is all 'middhya', You should ignore them all and proceed in your sAdhana. The time for sAdhana is " A suptEr A amritAsca " . You have to continue it until you fall asleep and until you attain the amR^itatwa (or death). You must realize that the kunDalini is nothing but your own intellect. " buddhirUpA kunDalinI " . How can you experience any thing about the progress of your intelligence? What would be the goal for it? krishnarao .............................................................. , Paresh Trivedi <pareshtri wrote: > > Dear Kundalini Sadhaks, > > I have a question that if you are feeling heavy pressure on your agna chakra > (bhrukuti) while chanting mantra, (1) How much far from Kundalini jagaran? > What you should do more to make kundalini jagaran process faster? > > With regards, > > Paresh Trivedi >
