Guest guest
dear, Om is the mantra that is used by all the religion. The big bang theoty of science is nithing but the sound whcih has created the world. The sound produced within the universe by any one / any means is nothing but Om. When the body frequency is not in hormony with the Om you are distrubed. When Om is pronounced in the correct frequency by any one his body frequency will automatically be at resonance with the universal frequency and you will be at peace. The matra Nama Shivaya is the frequency of the sun. Shivam is nothing but sun. Sivam is red as you can see at sun rise. That's why siva is worshipped as shivling i.e. the shape of the rising sun. Sun is the energy supplier in the solar system. When the sound which created the whole universe and the sound of the enrgy are pronounced together i.e. Om Nama Shivaya you at resonance with the universe and the solar system. When the body is at resonance so is the mind. Early morning i.e. from 4 am to 6 am is the time when your body is fully relaxed to accept anything and the world is at its full enrgy. So when Om Nama Shivaya is chanted in the right time and in right sitting posture you will get joy peace happiness and along with that the physical and mental strength. So start now and get peace. --- On Tue, 31/3/09, gul_cancerian <gul_cancerian wrote: gul_cancerian <gul_cancerian mental peace Date: Tuesday, 31 March, 2009, 10:30 AM how to get mental peace i never feel peaceful always disturbed. Guest guest
People normally say that I do not have any mental peace. I do not have a peaceful mind. Let us see what it is and how to understand it First of all here is two submissions. (1) When I say that I do not have mental peace. I admit that I have the mind (mental) and (2) I do not have peace. Two statements contains this admission. One has to think that. when you have the mind with you, you will not have peace. When you have the peace, the mind will not be there. You cannot have both things together. This we can feel from our own experience. See how it is to be looked into Yesterday night you went to sleep at 11 and got up in the morning at 6. Getting up from the bed you came to the kitchen where your wife is doing some job. You are saying to your wife that - ‘dear, yesterday night I had a very good sleep, I knew nothing and I felt very happy’ Here, you knew that you felt very happy. Now, when did you feel happy ? At which moment you felt happy…? Answer is – You felt happy at the time when you knew nothing, when your mind was not with you. Let us see how it works. In the deep sleep, your mind was not with you. Your mind had gone apart from you. When the mind was not with you, you felt happy. You felt peace. You admitted that you ‘knew nothing and thus felt happy’. When the mind is not with you, you get the knowledge and you feel happy, peace. When the mind is with you, it is full of pieces and not with peace. When there is piece, there cannot be peace. You knew that you got happiness in your sleep. You have the ‘knowledge’ that you got the happiness. Once you say that you got happiness, you should think that, when I got it or at what point I got it..? You will infer that when my mind was not there with me I got the peace or I got the happiness. When my mind is with me, I do not and I will not get peace/happiness. So one has to try, train the mind not to know about things which are destroying my peace, which are destroying my happiness. Things which work against my peace, I should not think, I should not say and I should not act/do. So, if mind is there, no peace is there. In the absence of mind, peace is getting into, happiness is felt into. So try to why I am loosing my peace, why I am not happy, what are the things that act against my getting peace and try to attain that level where I loose my mind. One has to train the mind not to wander much in the worldly affairs. Man cannot get peace/happiness from a thing in the material world. So let you loose your mind, let your mind go out from you, train your mind not to think of anything, then you will feel, there is peace, there is happiness. Without this, nobody has attained happiness. I trust you will get the essence of above. If you are able to get a bit, you are great. Wish you all the best Vijayan --- On Mon, 30/3/09, gul_cancerian <gul_cancerian wrote: gul_cancerian <gul_cancerian mental peace Date: Monday, 30 March, 2009, 10:00 PM how to get mental peace i never feel peaceful always disturbed.---
Guest guest
Dear Sir,Its a gud article!! adiyen have one doubt in this. We dont feel anything during deep sleep. once we get up we feel relaxed and calm. so we say we are happy. so the feeling of happiness is experienced not during sleep but it is after waking up. (of course the reason is the deep sleep, where there is no mind)this is adiyens view. please share ur thougths and enlighten me.regards,karuppiah. 2009/4/2 VIJAYANJI <vijayankiliyil People normally say that I do not have any mental peace.
