My dear friends, Â Navratras,the

days

of Lord Ram's worship are going to be started from Friday dated 27th of

March to till 3rd of April 2009.It is written in our text that

to recite Ram-Raksha Stotram during Navratra days is extremely

beneficial. If some one, who recitesÂ Ram-Rakshastotram 11 or 7 times

daily in the earlyÂ morning hours all the days of Navratras, gets all

the grace and blessingsÂ of Lord Ram so called SIDDDHI.

Â Ram-Raksha

Storam removes all the worries,obstacles, depression, hopelessness, bad

effects of Graha-PeedaÂ and others like black magic etc and blesses with

giving new hope, improving inner strength, wiseness, peace and prosperity. But deep

devotionÂ and dedication are needed.

This not off topic too.Could you tell me? What is the difference in between Lord Ram and Lord Shiva?

Apple, Banana, Grapes, Mango & others are different by name and shape but one thing is commen that all are fruits so nutritious.Therefore Ram Raksha Stotram or Amogh Shiva Kavach or others are same but useful.

Â Â Â Â Â Â Dear All,

While I do understand that this is off topic of this group, given the recent converstations about Ramaraksha stotram, I would request the knowledgeable members of this group to share with me as with all members of this group the following

What is the greatness of Ramaraksha stotram ? For what purposes is it chanted ?What is its parayan vidhi ? and how to perform udyapanam ?What are the rules to be observed during the parayan time (i.e. during the whole period of parayan) - like abstinence from salt etc. , performance of Shodashopachara puja to Sri Ramachandramurti etc.

Can this stotram be read just as parayan (in which case there will be only parayan and no puja etc.)Thank you.
