We are waiting to hear the good news soon.On Mon, Jan 19, 2009 at 1:48 PM, Kishore Puvvada <pkishore wrote: Dear All, I wish everyone a happy new year. I have been a member of this distinguished group for a few months now and read messages presented with a keen interest. I am quite grateful for the wonderful aura present in here. There have been innumerable uplifting moments that this group has given to me. I pray to Shiva to keep showering this upon me for a long time to come. I do wish to ask a favor of my colleagues in this group. My mother-in- law has suffered a stroke in the last 36 hours. She was attended to immediately and is being given medical care as we speak. The physicians are quite optimistic of her speedy recovery; she has responded quite well as it is. A couple of tests are being planned in the next day to determine the course of treatment. This is a lady who personifies love, affection, self-less service to any person or being that she contracts in her life. As a result, a lot of family members are saddened by the sudden development. We hereby request group members to keep us in your prayers over the coming days. Signing off with Lord Shiva's blessings for now. Om Namah Shivaya. Guest guest
Hello Bhashyam ji and other friends,Yes; that is correct; with the Lord's grace, my mother-in-law bounced back very quickly the early part of this week. The physicians had to deliberate and also had to take some extra time to prepare for a crucial procedure they have scheduled for Monday AM. The physicians are hoping that all her vital systems, including heart, are able to sustain this procedure. They live in Hyderabad, India. Once again, to say the least, my mother-in-law has been a phenomenal influence on all our lives; we are hoping that with everyone's prayers, she recovers quickly and able to lead a normal life soon. Thank you so much for the kind greetings and your efforts to help us through this difficult phase.Bhashyam ji,Thanks once again for all your advise and kind words. Please help us out by keeping us in your prayers for some more time.Best wishes,KishoreTue, 20 Jan 2009 05:22:19 -0500Re: Greetings...drnbhashyamTo: CC: pkishoreDear Mr Puvvada, With the grace of Lord Shiva your dear loving mother-in-law will encouragingly respond to the treatment being planned by her doctors and will recover and regain her normal health soon.Lord is with you and your dear mother-in-law and, as usual, He will take care of everything. He is always with HIis devotees.. Guest guest
Haribol! I don't mean disrespectful, but isn't it the goal of life to escape maya? Our attachment to loved ones is one of the diseases of maya. Pranams Bhakta Stephen , " Kishore Puvvada " <pkishore wrote: > > Dear All, > I wanted to share some good news. Guest guest
Shivaya Namaha.. I completely agree with Sri. Divakar. Even Aadhi Shankaraachaarya did the last rites to His mother though he was a Sanyasi by then. Though we have to be detached from Maya, we cant ignore those loved ones who are part of the family. Even the spirituality comes after successful completion of our duties and Karma which needs to be fulfilled properly. Rest, is with God.
