Further, "Shivaraatree_2008" is not very much "Far_Off" (Just about `Two Months') from now, and

with The Kind Permission of the "Group_Organiser",

May I propose and Request all of you that,

Let us Plan for some

 

"Special_Achievement" Target

to be carried out by that Time.

P.N. Dear shri.Satish Dehadraijee, I find your "Enquiry" Interesting.

To the Best of "My Knowledge", both

First "Rudra_sookta" (11 Stanza's addressed to 11 Rudra's) and

then the so called "chamaka" sookta

(just called so because the the Words "cha" and "Me" are repeated again & again),

are to be recited for any "Rudraabhisheka".

 

However, these days people do not have "Time", (especially the Priests have to attend a no. of places in short time time therefore, they resort to either abondoning the Recitation of one of them, or recite only a Few Sookta's from both of them).

Therefore, in My Opinion,

whenever, you are not pressed for "Time" on any perticular day, it is advisable to Recite both (in the Order mentioned above).

(if you are used to it, you can finish the reading or Recitation from Memory, of Both the sookta's, in a Period of about 20 to 30 Min.s).

 

Whenever, you are short of Time,

(only 10 to 15 Min.s, then)

it is ( in My Opinion) better to Recite the

Full "Rudra_sookta"

(or at least the First "Rudra_sookta" of the 11,

when still lesser "Time" is allowable for the Recitation).
