Guest guest
Tarpanam is an important ritual in Hindu Religion. Tarpanam means to give Satisfaction-Triplti-giving satisfaction to the forefathers and also to onself. You may do pooja, havana, visit temples all these are not a must-only optional according to ones belief and practice. But worshipping forefathesrs is a must-as it isgratitude. The Sastras describe about PitriLoka and semphesise the need of Pitri's blessing for a proper progeny. Persons who is associated with Vedic rituals should do with reciting Vedic Riks. Others can use equally powerful Mantras and do the Tharpana for the immediate three ancesters coupls. Tarpana should be done on every Amavasya by all and also on all the Sankramana-at the Birth time of every Tamil month as per Panchanga. When a pesrson thinks about his ancestors he rem;inds of his culture. If it is propagated among all Hindus -with out difference ;of caste then,I am sure, it will completely eradicate the tendance to convert other religions. If it culd be done in a systamatic way it will be goo. Answers - Get better answers from someone who knows. Try it now. Answers - Get better answers from someone who knows. Try it now.
