Om Namah Sivaya The founding father of Saivaism is the Supreme Siva Himself not humans. All Great Saints and Sages only teach the Path shown by the Supreme Lord in the form of Daksanmurthi . This is the ideal path for souls that leads to Siva(Self)-Realisation. What is this Path? The path was first instructed to sons of Brahma (the first mankind on earth); the great sages, Sanaka, Sanatkumara, Sanatana and Sanandana

arrived at Kailasa to receive instructions from Lord Siva, regarding the fourfold path to Self-Realisation i.e., Charya (Yama / Karma Yoga), Kriya (Niyama / Bhakti Yoga) , Yoga (Meditation) and Jnana ( Divine Wisdom) . The Lord explained to them the various details of these four stages, and by way of demonstrating the last stage, viz., Jnana, He Himself remained in it, completely absorbed in Supreme Silence (Maha Mouna). Thus He showed the Rishis that the last stage is not to be explained but to be realised actually in that state of Supreme Silence. The four stages of the Progressive path, termed Charya, Kriya, Yoga and Jnana. These four categories are

the natural sequence of the soul's evolutionary process, much like the development of a butterfly from egg to larva, from larva to catapillar, from caterpillar to pupa, and then the final metamorphosis from pupa to butterfly.Charya is the performance of altruistic (selfless) religious service (this can include contribute towards preserving His religion by protecting it from evil forces) and living according to traditional ethical conduct & culture and is the stage of overcoming basic instinctive patterns. This helps souls to overcome anger, fear, cowardness, etc. This has the magical effect of softening ego bringing forth the soul’s innate devotion. Here the soul relates to God as servant to master. Kriya is joyous and regular worship (includes puja, japa, fasting and scriptural learning). In this stage

one overcomes the obstinacy of the instinctive-intellectual mind. We now look upon the deity image not as cave stone, but as living presenceof the God. Here the soul relates to God as son to his parents.Yoga is internalized worship which leads to union with Siva . In this stage the Kundalini fire of consciousness ascends to the higher charkas, burning the dross ofignorance and past karmas and leads first to Savikalpa Samadhi, the contemplative experience of Satchidananda, and ultimately to Nirvikalpa Samadhi, ParaSiva. Here the soul relates to God as the best friend.Jnana is Divine Wisdom emanating from an enlightened being, a soul in its maturity, immersed in Sivaness, he blessed realization of God, while living outearthly karma. He is the liberated one, the Jivanmukta. Here the soul identity itself with Siva. One does not become a Jnani

simply by reading, understanding philosophy, thinking or projecting as the state of Jnana lies beyond the intellect. Sri Adi Sankararchara only repeated but Lord Siva taught to those four great sages in the form of Daksanmurthi. Some ignorant Hindus think that all religions

are the same, if that is the case why did Sri Adi Sankara, by vanquishing all the religious opponents of his day-and they belonged to no less than seventy-two schools and establishing the superiority of the Vedic Darma, had become the Jagadguru of all. Sankara's success over the other religious sects was so complete that none of them have since been able to raise their head in the land. Most of them have disappeared altogether. After Sankara's time, although a few Acharyas have appeared, none of them have been able to vanquish those who differed from them as Sankara did and establish unquestioned supremacy. I would also like to ask these ignorant Hindus, why did Sri Ramakrishna Pramahamsa dispite he also practiced other religions (practical side of Christanity

and Sufi Islam NOT reading and believing manmade political dogmas and doctrines) to show to mankind that God can be realised via other religions as long as they are sincerely longing to realise God (the True Self) BUT he clearly decleared that all other religions COME and GO but Sanatana Darma ( know by foreigners as Hinduism) will survive eternally. Do these ignorant Hindus think that Swami Vivekananda wasted his time going around the world and preached Hindu Darma? Sivaya

Namah
