Guest guest
Sri Maatre Namaha The Bilhana Mahakavi in his BILHANA STAVAM praises Bhagawan SADASIVA as followes " Dhatte moordhni sudhamayukha sakala slaghye kapalasrajam vakshasyadrisutaa kuchaagaru rajassandre chitabhasmacha tadbaandi kavipraneeta lalita stotra prabandhapriye twatkarne labhataamayam mamagiraam kumbhopi sambhavanaam " " Hey Bhagawan Sadasiva, your are wearing 'Chandrakala' ( part of moon) on your head which indicates and increases happyness and 'mangala'. On the same head you are keeping 'kapala srajam'(baunch of skulls) which indicates sorrow and 'amangala " . And you are also embrased 'Goddes Sarwamangala' which indicates and increases happyness. During the action of embrasement of 'lokamaata' her colour decorations on her breasts with kumkuma and chandana etc.,are printed on your chest. Duly neglecting the marks of happiness you are dusted on the same chest with the ashes of burnt human body. You have done two foolish things mentiond above. Hence I request you to do one more foolish act for my sake. You have already heard and became happy by bhakti stotras made by Mahakavi Baana etc. Now I want to praise you plese hear my stotra as such the third foolish act shall be compleaed. " In this 'chamatkara' sloka Mahakavi Bilhana clearly indicates the good qualIty of SADASIVA taking good and bad equaly. Some schlores says that BILHANA STAVAM of BILHANA MAHAKAVI as 'Nindastuti' which is difficult to understand as it requirs deep study.
