Guest guest
Question : If Lord Durvasa is an incarnation of Lord Siva, how come did he has to go Brahma Lokh in quest to learn the Vedas? ... ------------------------------ There are so many personalities which we consider as incarnation of one or other dEvAs. Let us see what is the ideals we have to take from your intelligent question. Very brief description is below; Durvasa is symbolized as a personality of anger (krodha) Certain Rishis do their upAsana at the mUlAdhAra where two pettled lotus is situated and this area is called brahmagranthi. Above that, is the maNipUraka and is called as vishnugranthi . These two combined is called tAmisra chakra. In fact, in the upAsana niyam, there is no upAsana in this thAmisra chakra. One who does the upAsana in this tAmisra chakra, he will be having a high knowledge of all vEdAs, purANAs and such other things. But since this chakra is of tAmas in nature, the upAsak will have all tAmis habbits or natures. Those made the upAsana there include, rAvaNa, kumbhakarNa, hiraNyAksha, hiraNyakashyap etc. All these persons were highly learned individuals. DurvAsa went to brahmalok means he did the upAsana at the mUlAdhAra chakra, where the brahmagranthi is located. When the person who does the upAsana, or the yogic practice, yogic meditation, he is not allowed to concentrate at this location by the yoga aacharya The yogAchArya specially instructs not to concentrate at mUlAdhAra because the result will be darkness (tamas). See the below and do the analysis by yourself – ‘MOOLAADHAARAIKA NILAYEE BRAHMAGRANTHI VIBHEDINI MANIPOORANTA RUDIDAA VISHNUGRANTHI VIBHEDINI†From there one has to move to anAhata chakra, AAtnAchakra and then shasrArAmbujArUddA sudhA sArAbhi varshiNi ………………… thaTillathA samaruchi shad chakropari samsthita …… bhavAnI bhAvanAgamyA bhavAraNya Kutt Ha; rikA It is very very interesting, highly sense-less experience and see where the sAdhak is being taken to. When you are being taken to shad chakropari - above the six chakrAs, you start getting everything of its own and it is uninvited. Then you reach a place where there is no bhAvana – where there is no sankalpa, where there is no mind and when one reach there ‘sudhA sArAbhi varshiNi’ the rain of sudhAsAr (the nectar of sudha) starts. The sAdhak, the sAdhya and the sAdhana, all get dissolved there. (in the upAsana, one need not go thru the books or hear from another person to study vEdas, it is automatically gained, getting cleared in this thoughts while in meditation) In this process the sAdhak is obtaining the information as his own without a guru and this will lead him to have ego and anger.. It is described as ajnAna , the andhakAr, the tamas, or all the tAmsik habits, nature he gets uninvited. We can visualize that , DurvAsa has done his entire upAsana in the mUlAdhAra chakra and he gained all knowledge, studied the vEdAs but he has not been able to dissolve himself along with all his habits, nature, mind etc. It is not necessary that even if one reaches the Brahmalok, he may not be able to get Siva. Siva is still far above that. kindly deeply study, analyse, and if felt, pls revert. best wishes vijayan Add more friends to your messenger and enjoy! Invite them now.
