I have heard about similar experiences with shakta mantras. The

remedies that I have heard are seetali pranayam or chanting of visnu

sahasranam. Shiva Puja should also work.

I'll start off by saying i'm not at all familiar with Chandi path

but i am curious, what does that mean in regards to " overwhelming

energy " . What type of energy? Is it something that can be put into

words or something that would have to be experienced?

just curious.....

Namaste Andy:Lately I have begun reciting Shakti texts such as the Sree Lalitha Sahasranama Stotram and the Chandi Path. There are many other such texts. They are to be recited in Sanskrit, and when this happens a person is supposed to advance quickly.I noticed that with the Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Stotram that I would have enlightening bits of wisdom about my daily life that would come through during the recitation. Many changes have occurred in my life. Then I began reciting the Chandi Path. This is a very powerful Shakti scripture. When reciting this I became overwhelmed with energy. I'm not really sure how to describe it. I felt like I had been thrown off balance. I felt like I had to invoke the energy of the male

god for balance. This is one that has to be experienced.Shanti Om,Shankari KaliAndy <happytheclown37 wrote: I'll start off by saying i'm not at all familiar with Chandi path but i am curious, what does that mean in regards to "overwhelming energy". As I was told, shiva puja(the static principle) etc is to help us

tolerate shakti. Since shakti is dynamic, this is bound to happen.
