Guest guest
Hi Richard. Thanks, I see you i are of a strong mind--one different from mine. Not to worry, Goloka is large enough for strong persons. Pranati, second line: " prakrta sahajiya pascatya desa tarine. " It still scans correctly. I will not argue whether Prabhupada ever said " sahajiya " . I heard him speak that word, and not indicating easy. Indicating the individuals who merge Shankarite, Shakta and Sunyavadi ideas with folk sorcery. Best to you and your contingent! Guest guest
Hey Bro!!!AGTSP!!! If you want to change Prabhupada Pranati meaning then I'm the wrong person to talk to. All I did was fix a little grammer problem - not change anything from the English translation. And I did it because it was needed. Even then, the chances of Iskcon changing to correct version is 1% chance of happening. But I really don't care, as I did my part. But I encourage you to campaign against Prakrita sahajism. Compose your own prayers to Prabhupada as I did.And for the benefit of this group please explain the meaning Prakrita Sahajia according to your understanding. Thanks in advance...Rick Brown's iPhonewww.richardshawbrown.comOn Feb 4, 2010, at 4:29 AM, "robb7thurston" <robb7thurston wrote: Hi Richard. Guest guest
Bro, Dandavat!!! We have no different minds. We both agree with Prabhupada that Prakrita Sahajiya is bogus, in particular the Auls, Bhauls, Rati-kelis, and Sakhi-veshis. But that has nothing to do with the mistake in Prabhupada's sloka under-discussion, mainly because a " typo " can be accepted by Iskcon (maybe), but a meaning change would be out-of-the-question by the GBC. Please write your own pranati with the anti-Sahajiya angle. I did... Here is what I wrote for Prabhupada in 1973: http://www.richardshawbrown.com/mysticarticles/vandana.html Also please teach the members of this group about the prakrita sahajiya nonsense. Some members may not know about it at all. Here is a good place to teach...
