Guest guest
Dear Vighnesh Ji I can understand your friend's problem. I think he has sleep apnea - show him to a doctor, he will do his sleep test. It is a risky disease, if he has it. If it is not treated, the person dies in sleep. I am not scaring you, but just confirm if he he has sleep apnea. If he has it, treat it, if he does not have it, then it is very good, and treat him in some other way. Hope it helps Sushma sacred-objects , akshay vignhesh <akshay_vignhesh wrote: > > Dear Learned members > > One of my friend have a problem of over sleeping, he feels sleepy during the work hours, even tho he is sleeping 6 to 7 hrs per day, Please help him to give a yoga theripy which will make him active, he is is great trouble as he is working in computers all the day > > Best regards > Vignhesh
