New Concept: Precious & Semi Precious Stones & its effect on UPAGRAHAS

Dear Friends;

 

This is my first post:

 

After so many years of study on above subject, I came to conclusion that the

most of the semi precious stones or uparathnas do not possess similar qualities

as the primary gems.

 

Usually gemstones indicate mainly the nine planets; But it is true that some of

the other colored sapphires, diamonds etc denote the Upagrahas also. Hence the

effect of the stones varies.

 

Illustration: According to my theory Black Diamond & Black Sapphires indicates

Gulika ( sometimes referred as mandi also by some scholars ).Some people has

mistaken that it is ruled by saturn, may be but not completely; i.e, Gulika or

Mandi is refered as a satellite or upagraha to the saturn, so the gulika rules

under the permission of saturn.

 

How this can be predicted ? This can be predicted on the basis of the position

of the upagrahas in the birth chart. This can be done either by parashara's

method, also mentioned by kalyana varma in saravali, to calculate the position

of upagrahas in one's chart.

 

I had been considered this method and adapted myself, its working great and also

i got a good feedback from my clients.

 

Upagrahas: Dhooma, Vyathipatha, Parivesha, Upakethu, Indrachapa, Gulika and many

more.

 

Importance of the concept:

 

The upagrahas are always malefic for all than the main planets and it is

important to consider the upagrahas in the vedic astrology. Use of appropriate

gemstones can rid out the malefic effects of upagrahas and the person's life

will be great. Most of the times astrological predictions goes wrong, its not

because the astrological limits;but our analysis is not complete. By considering

the upagrahas for the predictions and suggesting the remedies for the same

through gemstones works marvellous.

Dear Rahul Sharma,

 

Please go through the original scripture, after explaining dashas the great sage

parashara has mentioned about the different upagrahas, calculation of its

position and its effects.you can also find it in the Phala Deepika by

Mantreshwara. But you will get the importance of upagrahas in Brihat Parasara

Hora Shastra in detail.

 

You can also refer the book by sagar publication, to some extent you will come

to know about this concept.

 

May be my thoughts are foolish or nonsense, But gentlemen please answer my

question.

 

Shani or saturn and jupiter which are the planets in the solar system, is having

its effects on people on the earth, then why dont the sub planets or upagrahas (

i.e, Titan and other upagrahas of saturn & Triton, IO, Europa etc of jupiter )

of jupiter and saturn have its effect on the people ? May be not to a maximum

atleast to some limits.

 

Parashara recognised many upagrahas of planets but names used may be different.

 

I need the answer for study. So please gentlemen and scholars provide me with

your opinions. Your encouragement is required.
