Guest guest
Intro:I was vegetarian for many years for spiritual/health/spiritual reason, despised eating meat, lately I was advised to eat meat and special organ extracts (Ayurveda/TCM) after suffering with chronic adrenal disease for more than two years. I only started to follow this to get well (what an austerity, phew) and plan to become vegetarian again when I am recovered. (diet is working, I have made more than 60% recovery since I started 7 months ago, although the tamasic influence on the mind and senses can clearly be felt) I stopped wearing Tulsi kanthi mala out of respect when I started the diet change. I wear Sri Rudraksha but really miss wearing Srimate Tulsasi Devi, She has a different healing energy. Question: Are there any scriptural prohibitions for a meat eater like myself to wear Tulsi? Guest guest
Minimize noveg. Use it only as per the doctor point of view. Remove Tulsi and Rudrakha while eating . Waer them again after bath. take bath only 2-3 hours after food . Otherwise it will cause problems for digestion Ole Alstrup <alstrupSacred Natural Objects of Asia <sacred-objects >Saturday, April 18, 2009 12:27:15 AM Can a meat eater wear Tulsi mala?
