The Outer planets on Capricorn

The Outer planets on Capricorn Traditional Vedic astrology has cultivated the mantra that the Outer planets do not work, and therefore some astrologers do not use them. However, we have to detect two main lines of thought in the Vedas, the formal and the informal. Our main problem is to think formal, to take the world of the forms as the most important. But the informal is the essence of everything. The Outer planets may not be mentioned openly or formally in the Vedas, but they are there. One example of this can be seen in the Srimad Bhagavatam when talking about Govardhana Hill. Indra, the chief of the gods rained for 7 days and 7 nights over Vrindavan, expecting to chastise its inhabitants for withdrawing his worship for that of Govardhana Hill (adjacent to Vrindavan). Krishna was 7 years old when he convinced

the men of Vrindavan no to worship Indra but Govardhana Hill instead. When the rains started Krishna protected the inhabitants (including the cows and calves) of Vrindavan by lifting Govardhana Hill with his little finger. At the end of the chastisement Indra descended to see the score and found everybody alive. At that point Indra realized his mistake and pride and offered his apologies to Krishna, and fell flat in front of him in sign of complete surrender to the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Of course, we can see this passage from different angles according to our education. It could be seen as mythology, although already two authors see mythology as a language (Hamlet’s Mill). But it can be seen as well as Tlaloc (among Mesoamericans), the rain god surrendering to the Supreme. Indra has his residence in Uranus. This week a friend sent me the information that she was told that the

present credit crunch is due to Saturn. Perhaps those credits could go to Saturn but the Outer planets paint the picture much better. But later on, thinking about it I found a better explanation, that It is impossible to give the credits to Saturn for this crisis, as Saturn has only a 30 year cycle. Instead, Pluto has a 248 year cycle, and that means that we have seen this planet in Sagittarius some 20 times since Kali Yuga started. Of those 20 times I am tempted to search for kartari yogas on Capricorn formed by the Outer planets, but we only have reliable programs for the past only 2,000 years. Beyond that the figure gets blurred. Kartari yoga is known technically to be formed when two planets are seen in both sides of a sign. Thus, when extending the definition of kartari yoga to the Outer planets, we should find them affecting Capricorn when on Sagittarius or Aquarius. But this specific

kartari yoga is doing the works of renovation in human society. I think that we are living similar times as those seen just before Kali Yuga started, and with the Kuruksetra War things intensified. In those days Kali Yuga really started on 18/2/3102 BC and humanity lost the plot. With the Earth changing orbit and approaching the sun, the atmosphere and whole things changed as well. The sky stopped being blue and “primitive" people the world over painted the sky they saw on stones, leaders were lost and humanity had to wait a few more years for rogue leaders to take over. This time around however, we already have the rogues in power and the change is going to be in reverse, as honest leaders will take over as their time has come. This is promised because of the mini golden age predicted/promised by Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Between 2013 and 2020 humanity will ponder about what is going on. There

are rumors infiltrated in the Internet that there is a secret government fixing the price of petrol to control the show. Perhaps, but they do not know that the gunas control them to do that, and that they are really not the controllers but the controlled. In fact, they have lost the plot and things are out of their control. They laughed at Socialism crumbling down in 1989, at the Russians defeated in Afghanistan, but what we see now is worst. Capitalism and democracy are finished, although they are trying to save face, and it is going to be worst. This last week, Darling the minister of economy in England said that he took the financial risk to save the banks in October 2008 and gave £18 billion to the HBOS bank. And his excuse and comfort is by saying that many countries did something similar, bailing banks out by giving them a lot of money. Although he did not say that by printing more money a

whole generation has to pay back the debt, plus the interest. Darling said that it was necessary to save the banks otherwise they were going to be bankrupted. Well, banks never helped people before and now people are helping the banks? And Darling did not say that some experts told him at the time that the bail out was not going to work out. The HBOS bank reported a few days ago that it lost £10 billion last year. That means that the government risked tax money and lost more than a half of it in 4 months? Darling said, "We had to give confidence on banks back to the publicâ€. (To make them spend and save the show) But now, who is going to give confidence in inefficient politicians back to the public? People already suspected that the external is an illusion fueled by propaganda, and that the whole structure has now visible cracks that have to be mended. But rather than a cosmetic surgery, the whole system

requires a demolition, a new design, and a new direction. In architecture we can drive across streets and avenues and see most of the buildings in good estate. Perhaps we see the odd crack here and there, but a 99% of buildings in rich countries (never consider buildings in Iraq or Palestine) show a pleasant urbanization. In medicine we also know the score, in politics do not think about it. In agriculture as well we need a new thinking. Any good thinker can see that we need a new structure of thought in every human activity. Now that Capitalism is dying we have the opportunity to start a new direction taking as a model what was practiced in Dwapara Yuga. Pluto takes some 248 years in going around the zodiac, spending some 20.66 years in average in each sign.Neptune takes some 164

years in going around the zodiac, spending some 13.66 years in average in each sign.Uranus takes some 84 years in going around the zodiac, spending some 7 years in average in each sign.I am considering in my observation how the sign of Capricorn (the 10th sign) is affected by the Outer planets when they are found in both sides of Capricorn, this means in Sagittarius and in Aquarius. Especially when the plutonic king is in Sagittarius.Here we see the sky when Pluto entered Sagittarius on 9-2-2005Notice Capricorn the 10th sign and the 10th house in color and the Outer planets Pluto, Neptune and Uranus in Sagittarius, Capricorn and Aquarius respectively. Capricorn. But because of the speed of Uranus, this yoga does not last long.In fact on 1-04-1757, Uranus moves into Pisces as seen above.25-01-1515Here in 1515 Pluto in Capricorn forms a kartari yoga on Capricorn when Neptune is in Aquarius. But because of the motion of Pluto across a sign last some 20 years and it is already at 11 degrees, we see Pluto moving into Capricorn 10 years later.11-01-1525Here the kartari of the Outer planets ends with Pluto moving into Capricorn. But observe Uranus far away from the equation.5-11-1262Here, with Pluto in Sagittarius, we do not see Uranus or Neptune affecting Capricorn. In fact, Neptune is opposite in Cancer and Uranus is in Aries.5-12-1021Here in 1021 we see Neptune and Pluto affecting Capricorn but Uranus is in Taurus, far away. 20-12-1029But some 8 years later

Pluto enters Capricorn, thus dissolving the kartari yoga on Capricorn.Although we have seen Pluto in Sagittarius up to 1021 in the past, we do not see the intensity of the present kartari yoga formed by Pluto, Neptune and Uranus, neither in length or quantity.
