I have never heard of Katyani Purana. Who is the author?

Thanks!!! Do you know who is the author and approx date of composition? So it is a tantric (not Puranic) book of recent origin? Katyani Purana is Katyani Tantra where rudraksha above 15-faces to 21-faces are described. Its in Hindi.
