You are running Jupiter Mahadasha until next Year it changes to Saturn

which will be worse than now. That will last 19 years. There is no

remedy but patience. You can wear a 14 mukhi Rudraksha which is

believed to help. Because of adverse positions I cannot recommend any

gems stone. I'm sorry not to give better news. I had to suffer through

Saturn Mahadasha from age 7 and it was tough (as we both have Cancer

Lagna). My advice is you find a business or work which does NOT involve travel.
